FUNCTIONAL FITNESS CLASSES

Our group Functional Fitness classes are designed to help anyone reach their health and fitness goals, no matter their current fitness level. After completing one On Ramp sessions anyone 12 and older can take the class. Each class is lead from start to finish by a professional coach and is designed to give you a great workout in a supportive setting. We call our classes personal training in a group setting because you are getting the personal touch from a coach who is making sure you are moving correctly, safely, and with the correct weight all while benefiting from the encouragement of a group setting. Our daily workout has four different options (or tracks) that are designed to help different people with different goals. Our fitness track is designed for people who what to live a long and healthy life. Our performance track is designed for people who are preparing for a sport outside of the gym, or who want to perform better inside the gym. The competition track is designed for people who want to compete in the sport of CrossFit. Our sweat track is an unscored track that is designed for people to get a great aerobic workout. We are confident that our classes can get anyone in the best shape of their life, at their own pace, in a supportive community!

KIDS CLASSES

Our kids class is for kids 12 and under and is designed to teach kids body control, core strength, and conditioning. Your kids will learn how to move safely and efficiently in a fun and engaging setting. Our kids class is a great introduction into working out for kids and can help to lead them into a lifetime habit of making health and fitness a priority.
