Today's workout is a retest of the classic benchmark workout "Karen".  See if you can beat your previous time if you have done it before.  We will finish with a core workout where you will use the same med ball from the workout for your weighted sit-ups.  For the at home workout you will do 150 squats with a minor jump at the top each rep.
