Notes:

For today's workout the goal is to go fast and unbroken as long as you can with the light snatches.  Pick a weight that you can move easily.  For the at home workout find an odd object to do single arm snatches with and alternate arms each round (12 reps on right arm round 1, 12 reps left arm round 2, etc.)
