For today's workout pick a weight that feels relatively light and go hard.  The goal for this workout is to push the pace and try to hold on to unbroken reps and fast pace on the bike as long as possible.  For the at home workout you can break the snatches between arms as needed and you will hold the odd object at your chest for the squats.
